Fraud 2.0

Last week, the SAVE Act which requires ID to vote passed the House 218-213, all Republicans voted for the bill, and all but one Democrat voted against it. Ironically, the House Democrats who voted against showing ID to vote, had to present their Congressional ID to cast their vote against voter ID. Isn’t that requirement racist and sexist against minorities and women in Congress? Apparently not, because no one has objected. Why do members of Congress have to show their ID’s to cast a Congressional vote? Can’t they just attest to being a member of Congress – the way people can simply attest to being a citizen of the United States to vote in some states? They know that if they did not have to show ID to vote in Congress, those votes would not be secure, and there would be instances where people would fraudulently vote and determine whether legislation passes or not.

Per usual, the Democrats have been relentlessly fear-mongering the SAVE Act. House minority leader, Hakeem Jeffries called it, a “voter suppression bill”. Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer said, “It’s Jim Crow 2.0… What they’re trying to do here is the same thing that was done in the South for decades to prevent people of color from voting.” Adam Schiff said, “I think he [Trump] fully intends to try to subvert the elections. He will do everything he can to suppress the vote.” Democrat representative Jamie Raskin stated that the SAVE Act would “violate the 19th Amendment,” which granted women the right to vote because women would not get to vote because they change their names when they get married. Kamala Harris says passing voter ID laws makes it too difficult for many voters in rural communities to vote because they don’t have Kinko’s. Alencia Johnson, one of the talking heads at CNN, said the SAVE Act would “disenfranchise black voters”, and falsely called the legislation, a “poll tax”.

When you completely open our border, the way Joe Biden did for the four years he was President, and completely ignore the border for the last 30 years the way previous Presidents have done, it is not a mystery as to why we have upwards of 40 million illegal immigrants in our country, who could potentially vote if we don’t have strong voter ID laws. If our border had been completely secured for the last 30 years, the number of illegal immigrants in our country would be negligible, and then maybe there wouldn’t be a need for voter ID laws. But when the number of people who can vote illegally in this country balloons to 40 million, that could easily sway any election which is what Democrats count on to get elected because illegals almost exclusively vote for Democrats.

Illegals are exploiting every loop hole in our election system. A San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Captain says California’s voting system is so weak that people who have never been in the U.S. have been able to register and vote from Pakistan by using their brother’s home address. In a press conference, he said, “The online voter registration system, it seems to be an honor system. You're able to register and cast a vote if you don't live in the country… Anybody can put information in there. To register to vote, all you have to do is click a box and say that you're not lying…” He went onto explain how this fraud perpetuates itself. “Once you're on the voter rolls… you get mailed a ballot. So, we found that a little bit problematic.”

425,814 registered voters were disqualified from jury duty in Californian for "not being a citizen of the United States." There are two ways to get called for jury duty in that state – register to vote or get a driver’s license. The only license that the illegals can get in California, are called “AB 60 license”, which indicates that they are undocumented, so the courts would not use an AB 60 license as a reason to call someone to jury duty because they know by the type of license that the person is an illegal alien. So, it only follows that the only way the illegals were being called to jury duty was because they were registered to vote.

In January 2026, Virginia Democratic lawmakers introduced House Bill 1442, which prohibits federal immigration enforcement within 40 feet of polling places. So, they want to create a border around polling places and make it illegal for certain people to cross that border because they are protecting illegal immigrants who crossed our national border illegally. Beyond the hypocrisy, it is a tacit admission that they know illegals are voting in their elections because if they were not, there would be no need for this legislation to protect illegals.

The evidence is clear as to why the Democrats oppose this legislation, even though 83% of Americans support requiring government-issued photo ID to vote — including 95% of Republicans and 71% of Democrats. Of the 19 states that Kamala Harris won in 2024, 12 didn’t require photo ID; of the 30 states that Donald Trump won, 28 required photo ID to vote. The Democrats benefit from our elections being as least secure as possible.

The opponents of this legislation know it is not a burden to show ID to vote. The same people who are against voter ID were the ones, during Covid, who required that you and I show vaccine cards to go out to dinner, to a ball game, to travel, and even to work. And these are the same people who will try to mandate that everyone gets a digital ID so the government will be able to track and tax everything that you do. 

The Democrats know that showing ID helps verify who someone is, and they admit that through word and action even though they will never vote for it. In 1996 when debating legislation on immigration status, Chuck Schumer said on the Senate floor, “let’s admit the truth, everywhere people go, they are asked for a Social Security card, in fact, on way to prove that you are a Bonafide person who can have a job is to ask for a driver’s license and a Social Security card, this is an anti-fraud amendment.”

Democrat Senator from Georgia, Jon Ossoff who has been outspoken against voter ID laws, requires people attending his campaign events to present a government-issued photo ID. In an email that his campaign sent out to supporters, it read, “a matching government-issued ID will be verified against the RSVP list by name to enter.” The Senators who are voting against voter ID know that the best way for people to prove who they say they are is through proper ID.

In Minneapolis, the left-wing protestors attempting to protect illegal aliens from deportation, have set up road blocks in and out of certain communities and they check people’s driver’s licenses before allowing them to enter. As one of the women standing watch explained, “we are creating a place where we know who is coming and going.” Which is exactly what we want done with the United States border. And if someone not authorized snuck into their protected community, these people would find that person, and forcibly remove them which is exactly what ICE is doing to the people who these protestors are protecting.

If showing ID is racist, then where are the lawsuits against the hotel industry, against the car rental industry, against the airline industry, and so on? If requiring showing an ID is racist, then why haven’t there been any lawsuits against these and dozens more industries in violation of the 1964 civil rights act? Every black person should sign onto a class action law suit against the airline industry, the hotel industry, the rental car industry, the alcohol industry, the credit card industry, the mortgage industry, and every other industry that requires ID for racial discrimination. There have never been any lawsuits for discrimination against those industries, because showing ID is not racist. It is not, and if they did file a lawsuit, it would be proven in the court of law that it is not racist, and therefore the Democrats would lose their ability to call voter ID supporters racist. Showing ID to vote is, in fact, discriminatory; it discriminates between United States citizens who want to vote legally and foreign nationals who want to vote illegally. That’s where the discrimination lives, and that’s the whole point of the legislation.

To the people on the left who believe that non-citizen should be able to vote in our elections, if 10 million MAGA Republicans decided to illegally walk across our northern border into Canada and cast votes for the most conservative candidate in the next election for Prime Minister, would you be good with that? There would be no issue with American – non-citizens of Canada – determining the outcome of Canadian elections. Every Democrat politician, who is voting against the SAVE Act would be apoplectic; blood would be shooting out of their eyes if MAGA Republicans were voting in Canadian elections. They would be screaming that foreigners should not be able to vote or influence the outcome of an election in Canada, and they’d be absolutely right. Problem is that’s exactly what they’re voting for in the United States when they vote against the SAVE Act.

The hypocrisy is clear. We all see it. Even the biggest hypocrites on this issue see it in themselves. The problem is that they are all bought and paid for by the globalist deep pocket elites. That’s how and why Chuck Schumer did a complete one-eighty on this issue. He is bought and paid for. And it’s sad because thirty years ago, I disagreed with Chuck Schumer on many issues, but at least I respected him for taking principled positions. But now there is not a member of the Democrat party in Washington who is worthy of respect because they are all owned by the globalists, and blindly do their bidding.
