Planned Incompetence

Last Tuesday, two days before Christmas, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani appointed Lillian Bonsignore, a lesbian woman with zero operational firefighting experience, as the head of the Fire Department of New York City (FDNY). At first glance, it’s easy to accuse Mamdani of making the typical far left DEI hire of a member of the LGBTQ community who is clearly unqualified for the job. These types of hirings have been going on in this country over the last 10 to 15 years. But it is much more nefarious and sinister than that. This exact same type of hiring happened in Los Angeles back in 2022 when Kristin Crowley, also a member of the LGBTQ community, was hired to lead the LAFD. She was unqualified for the job and they knew it, but they hired her anyway. Being a DEI hire was a shield from criticism. If anybody pointed out her lack of experience or her lack of qualifications, they were immediately accused of being a bigot against members of the LGBTQ community. They were called “misogynist” or “homophobic”. We know the script.

So, the question is why would Los Angeles and New York City make DEI hires in such consequential positions? Both cities are bloated with bureaucracy – government employees who get paid a lot of money, who do basically nothing. Why wouldn’t they make their DEI hires in that bloated bureaucracy of inconsequence? Why would they make these types of hires in a position whose decisions put the very lives of the citizens at stake? This is not just about DEI. I’m sure they could have found a DEI candidate who has firefighting experience who would have some level of capability of doing the job. This person was hired because she’s unqualified, because she’s incompetent, and because she inevitably will do a very bad job. Competent fire chiefs will know how to contain fires. Inexperience incompetent fire chiefs will oversee complete fire disasters. And that’s what they want.

Look at what happened in Los Angeles. Two years after hiring the unqualified and incompetent DEI candidate, Kristin Crowley, to be the head of the LAFD, Los Angeles experienced one of the deadliest wildfires in the history of the city, and the fire department had no clue on how to contain it. The water reservoirs were so low that the firefighters did not have the resources to adequately fight the fires and stop them from spreading. Large swathes of Los Angeles were born burned to the ground, mainly middle class to upper middle-class communities, like the Pacific Palisades. Many people have lost their homes and have been displaced.

Now you would think, that the mayor and the government of Los Angeles would do everything in their power to rebuild those communities for the people who lost everything especially since most of the damage was caused by the incompetence of the Los Angeles Fire Department, but that is exactly what they didn’t do. They did the exact opposite. They have tied every builder and homeowner up in miles of red tape to prevent the rebuilding of those communities. They put in roadblock after roadblock after roadblock to prevent homes from being rebuilt in the Pacific Palisades area. They are waiting out these homeowners until they get so frustrated, that they sell their property at pennies on the dollar.

Last month, Los Angeles released a plan to turn most of that property which was burned to the ground into low-income housing. This disaster was caused by the incompetence of the Los Angeles Fire Department, which was led by an incompetent and inexperienced DEI hire by a far-left mayor. And now they turn around and are going to take the property from the people who lost their homes in those areas and turn it into low-income housing, which is what they wanted to do all along. They wanted to displace the middle class and upper middle-class people in those communities with low-income housing.

In his run up to the election in New York City this year, Mamdani had stated that he wants to seize large portions of property in New York City and turn them into… wait for it… low-income housing. Back in July, a video resurfaced of Mamdani stating that he wanted the "abolition of private property." So now he appoints an inexperienced and unqualified DEI hire to run the fire department of New York City. She had to be a DEI hire so they could accuse anybody who questions her being hired as being homophobic.

At some point in the next four years, a large portion of New York City is going to burn to the ground because of the incompetence of the New York City Fire Department. They’re not going to care how much property was damaged. They’re not going to care how many people lost their lives. And then when the smoke clears. That large section of New York City will be turned into low-income housing. We’ll go back to the 1960s. They’ll put up these God awful, ugly tenement housing buildings that look like prisons in parts of New York City, which used to be beautiful communities, and those places 20 years from now will be drug infested and crime infested hell holes. And all the far-left lunatics who did all this will turn around and blame the Republicans, just like they are doing with the Obamacare disaster.

Mamdani wants to confiscate as much property as possible in New York City. He wants to tax “white neighborhoods” in New York City out of existence, and eventually turn those neighborhoods into low-income, government subsidized housing. That’s the plan – to displace as many white Christians as possible in New York City with low-income foreign immigrants, mainly Muslims. Look at what is happening in Minnesota. They have taken people from the hell hole that is Somalia, brought them to the United States, and have them take over entire towns and cities which then turns a functioning United States city into the dysfunctional hell hole like Somalia where these people fled from. That is why there is so much fraud within the Somali community in Minnesota. These people have no skill or intelligence to be able to live and prosper in a first world country, so they have to be funneled billions of dollars through government fraud, just to exist in America.

This is why Mamdani appointed Mysonne Linen, a man who served seven years for armed robbery to serve on his City Hall transition team, and appointed Zakiyah Shaakir-Ansari — a radical who idolizes cop-killer Assata Shakur — as a member of his transition committee for youth and education. The goal is to create as much destruction in New York City as possible. These people are not being hired to make New York a safer and more prosperous place. They are being hired to destroy the city. And when they succeed in doing so, the Islamists and the Communists will take over. Mamdani is going to do to New York City what Osama Bin Laden only hoped that the 9/11 attacks would do – destroy it from the inside out. And we are just letting it happen. But once it’s gone, it’s gone forever. It is never coming back. The greatest city the world has ever seen will be turned into Mogadishu.
