Something Rotten

8/31/2022

“Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.” Marcellus famously told Horatio in Act 1 of Shakespeare’s best-known play, Hamlet. The something rotten in Denmark was the royalty, the leadership, the rulers. Hamlet’s uncle Claudius had murdered Hamlet’s father to become king, and then he married Hamlet’s mother, Gertrude. Shakespeare quite possibly chose the word “rotten” because, as the old saying goes, “fish rot from the head down”, and the rot in Denmark was coming from the top. The worst type of corruption is from the top. The rot, the corruption had not only infected the elite, the ruling class in Denmark but it was also permeating and infecting the rest of the country.

We are witnessing this same thing in real time America. The raid on Donald Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago is evidence that something is rotten in the United States. It shows that the corruption at the highest level of our government and our institutions is real, entrenched and pervasive, and it is permeating to the rest of society. This rotten corruption can be traced to the Clintons. Why did Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton have a private e-mail server set-up in her home on which she conducted state business which is not only illegal but dangerous to our country? Over one hundred classified documents were being held on that server, and that server was unsecure and had been hacked by outside parties. She was using a private server to conduct state business so the people at the State Department would not be able to see what she was doing – how she was leveraging her position to enrich and empower herself. There was no legitimate or legal reason to have her own private server, yet she did. And there was no legitimate or legal reason to Bleach-Bit 33,000 emails that had been subpoenaed after the private server was discovered. Yet she did that also.

The Clinton foundation is one of the most corrupt organizations in the world and was being used by the Clintons to launder money to themselves. Hillary Clinton was using her position as Secretary of State to further enrich that corrupt organization which in turn enriched her and her husband. In the years Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State and up to the 2016 Election when she was odds on favorite to win the Presidency, her husband, Bill Clinton was receiving upwards of $500,000 from foreign countries, like Russia, for a 20-minute speech. This is equivalent to anonymous people paying $100,000 for Hunter Biden’s finger paintings. The 20-minute speeches and the paintings were merely the guise foreign actors were using to purchase influence that the Bidens and Clintons were more than willing to sell.

We are told that the Clinton Foundation is about addressing humanitarian issues across the world. But it seems like the Clinton Foundation donors stopped caring about humanitarian issues as soon as Hillary was no longer going to be the President of the most powerful country on the planet. By the year 2020, donations to the Clinton Foundation had plunged 75% from its high in 2016. If the foundation was really about fighting world hunger, then donations should not depend on whether the head of the foundation was the President of the United States or not. If former President Bill Clinton’s speeches were so riveting that he could command a half million dollars for 20 minutes in 2016, then the price tag for the same speech should not drop to $25,000 in 2020 after Hillary lost the Presidency. In 2016, did Russia pay $500,000 simply to hear Bill Clinton speak, or was there something else they were going to receive for that extra $475,000?

The raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home was merely another step in the ongoing plan to take Trump out. Trump is a threat to them because Trump has the potential of exposing the massive corruption by the Washington elite. Why was it necessary for the FBI to raid Donald Trump’s home when the National Archives could have easily received the documents in question through the subpoena process? And why did the FBI need a general warrant instead of a specific warrant for the documents in question? If possessing classified documents is such an egregious crime that the FBI needs over 30 agents to raid the home of a former President why were there no criminal referrals against Hillary Clinton who had hundreds of classified documents on her private server at her home, or against former head of the FBI, James Comey who leaked classified documents to the New York Times?

The raid had very little to do with the documents the National Archives wanted nor was the FBI protecting nuclear secrets. Those documents were merely a pretext for the FBI to raid Trump’s home to get their hands on other documents that could be damning to the FBI, specifically documents related to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane operation, otherwise known as the Russian Collusion Hoax. That hoax investigation was initiated by the false Russia Dossier that was paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and used by corrupt FBI agents to illegally spy on Donald Trump’s campaign, transition team and Presidency. And all of their corruption has to be covered up. The January 6 committee like the Mar-a-Lago raid is about covering up the crimes the powerful have committed. Using a committee to have witnesses repeatedly make the statement that the 2020 election was not stolen, was their way to cover-up the fact that they had committed massive voter fraud in that election.

Every time Trump comes close to exposing the corruption in Washington, the powerful corrupt entities in our federal government, use their power to attack Trump and try to frame him for the exact crimes they are committing. Why did the Democrats impeach Trump because he asked the Ukrainian President to investigate Hunter Biden’s dealings with corrupt Ukrainian energy company, Burisma? The same reason why Joe Biden in 2015 told the Ukrainian President to fire the prosecutor who was investigating Burisma, or he would withhold $1 billion of aid. Yet, it was Trump who was impeached for supposedly using “quid pro quo” to force Ukraine to investigate Hunter Biden when in fact it was Joe Biden who admittedly used quid pro quo to prevent an investigation into Hunter Biden and Burisma. They will always accuse you of the crimes they are committing. The corruption goes further than Hunter. It goes all the way to the top, Joe Biden. “10% for the big guy” means that not only was Hunter Biden illegally peddling off his last name and his connections to the Vice President with corrupt entities, it means that Joe Biden was in on the corruption and profiting from it as well. That is why Joe Biden had to shut down the investigation into Burisma and Hunter, and also why Trump had to be impeached for asking to re-open that investigation.

The corruption in Washington runs deep, the Clintons, the Bidens, and even Barack Obama who more likely than not has been running this country for the last 19 months, are all in on it. The rot in the United States is not coming from Donald Trump who is the most investigated and exonerated President in the history of this country. The rot is coming from those who have spent the last 6 years trying to take him out, from Obama’s DOJ to Hillary Clinton’s campaign to Biden’s FBI. The corruption is pervasive and deep. They’ve thrown the entire playbook at Trump. Why? Because he’s a fascist? He was President for 4 years, and in what way in those 4 years did he behave like a fascist? None. In fact, he was mostly about giving power back to the people by lowering taxes, cutting regulations, ending foreign wars, criminal justice reform, protecting the border, better trade deals, energy independence, brokering Middle East peace accords… etc.

In fact, it is this current President that is acting like a fascist by weaponizing the intelligence agencies against his political opponents such as raiding their homes, by colluding with Big Tech to censor opposing voices on social media, and by legislating through executive fiat. Biden rarely goes through the legislative process to push through his political agenda. He does it through executive order, like kings and dictators do. He has devastated the entire fossil fuel industry with a mere stroke of his pen so he can push his green energy agenda to pay off his political donors. Recently, he wiped away $300 billion of personal debt of individual citizens months before an important election, attempting to use the government treasury to buy their votes.

It’s all corrupt, it’s all intertwined, and everybody is in on it. That is why Trump had to be taken down because he was the one person in the federal government who could not be bought because he didn’t need their money. And because he couldn’t be bought, he couldn’t be controlled, and he couldn’t be trusted not to expose the corruption that everybody else was in on. There has never been such an over-the-top, overly aggressive attack on one politician than we have seen with Donald Trump. And the Never-Trumpers, the ones who are fighting to destroy Trump from within the Republican party, they have their hands in on the corruption as well. Dick Cheney enriched himself off of the Iraq war, and that is why the Cheney’s despise Trump, and Liz Cheney tried to use her role on the January 6 Committee to never allow Trump near the Oval Office again. Trump vowed not to get America in these endless, pointless wars that only did one thing enrich the weapons manufactures, and the politicians, like the Cheney’s, who are in bed with them.

In Act 5, when considering whether or not to avenge his father’s murder, Hamlet asks, “Is’t not perfect conscience, To quit him with this arm? and is’t not to be damn’d, To let this canker of our nature come In further evil?” In other words, ‘isn’t it more-evil to let evil go unchallenged so it can commit more evil?’ There is corruption and evil embedded in the highest levels of our government, and we must challenge and expose it at every turn. How we handle this corruption will determine whether the United States will continue to be or not to be. That will ultimately be the question.
