The Trials of Trump

Updated: Mar 8

On Friday, Judge Arthur Engoron fined former President Donald Trump and the Trump Organization more than $350 million and barred him from serving in any capacity of any New York corporation for three years. New York Attorney General Letitia James charged that Trump overstated the value of his property as collateral to obtain favorable rates on bank loans and insurance policies, and “reaped hundreds of millions of dollars in ill-gotten gains.” This is the first case in which a person was found guilty of fraud and fined a staggering amount of money when he defrauded no one. Trump paid back every loan and made every premium payment, and the banks and insurance companies made millions off the deal. These companies even testified on Trump’s behalf, yet Trump was still ordered to pay over $350 million, but to whom? Who is the injured party who needs to be paid compensatory damages? No one. Not one person was harmed.

Obviously, this is an election interference gambit, attempting to bankrupt Donald Trump who is spending millions of his own money on his Presidential campaign. This judgment came on the heels of another lawsuit in which Trump was found guilty of defamation for merely defending himself against a completely unfounded accusation of sexual assault, and a federal judge ruled that Trump must pay $83 million to his accuser, E. Jean Carroll. So, she can defame Trump by accusing him of sexual assault without one shred of evidence, yet he has to pay her for defamation? That’s how the system works now.

These trials and judgements against Donald Trump are one of the reasons for his vast popularity. He is one of the few politicians who is willing to expose the corruption of the entire United States political system, and that corrupt system is working in unison to take him out to protect their corruption. What we are witnessing the system do to Donald Trump is proof that the system is corrupt, that bad actors within the system would be willing to rig an election, and even throw people in jail, to protect their corruption.

Last week, Special Counsel Robert Hur, determined that Joe Biden illegally possessed and mishandled hundreds of classified documents, but Hur chose not to pursue charges against Biden because he determined that Biden was too mentally and cognitively impaired to stand trial. So, Biden does not have the mental capacity to stand trial for crimes that could derail his campaign, but he is mentally capable of running the most powerful country on the face of the earth? Both of those things cannot be true at the same time. If you are not mentally competent enough to stand trial, you are not mentally competent enough to be President. The only time the left speaks about Joe Biden’s obvious cognitive decline is when it can be used to get him out of a criminal trial.

Later this year, Donald Trump will be tried for the same crime that they just let Joe Biden off the hook for – possessing and mishandling classified documents. Trump will be cognitively competent to stand trial, and if convicted, he could be disqualified from being President. So, the candidate who is cognitively competent to be President will be disqualified from being President while the candidate who is too cognitively impaired to be President will remain the President. This is the heart of the corruption in our country that we all see and feel every day. There are two sets of rules. You’re either in the protected class like Joe and Hunter Biden, and Bill and Hillary Clinton, or you are not like Donald Trump, his family and the rest of us. And that is why ordinary Americans gravitate to Donald Trump. They know the system is rigged against them, and they are seeing it rigged against Trump.

These people are using every lever of power at their disposal, justly or unjustly, to prevent Donald Trump from winning the Presidency in November, and we’re supposed to believe that our elections are completely on the up and up, that there is no way that anybody on the left would ever even think about tampering with our elections. We are called conspiracy theorists if we believe that in 2020, they stuffed the ballot boxes, using mail-in ballots, drop boxes, no signature verification and no voter ID, yet over the last three years, we have witnessed the same people manipulate every other part of our system – the judiciary, the criminal justice system, our immigration system, social media, academia – in order to ensure their election victory, and we’re supposed to believe that there’s no way that they would ever tamper with or manipulate our elections.

Ironically, on Friday, the same day Trump was being ordered to pay over $350 million in fines by a left-wing partisan judge, Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny died in a Russian prison while serving a 19-year sentence. He was 47 years old and had been in jail since 2021. At the time of Navalny’s imprisonment, Joe Biden, warned Vladimir Putin that if Alexei Navalny died in a Russian prison, the "consequences of that would be devastating for Russia." It is almost comical that Biden can see how wrong it is for Putin and members of his party to imprison one of their main political opponents while he and his party are doing the exact same thing to their number one political opponent.

Far left-wing prosecutors have filed four separate indictments against Donald Trump, which make up 91 total counts: 34 counts in New York, with a maximum penalty of 136 years; 40 counts in Miami, with up to 450 years; four counts in Washington, DC, with up to 55 years; and 13 counts in Georgia, with up to 76.5 years. So, Biden threatens Putin that there will be devastating consequences if Putin’s political opponent dies in prison while at the same Joe Biden is trying to get his number one political opponent, Donald Trump, thrown in prison for so many years that he will to die in prison. Biden is not much different than Putin. Biden and the left have turned the United States into Russia.

And this is the reason why so many love Trump; it is not his personality or his lifestyle choices or his social media outbursts, they love him because instead of playing the game of the billionaire class, of an American oligarch, that he easily could have, buying and selling politicians for his own benefit, Donald Trump has chosen to expose all that corruption in order to make this country better for ordinary Americans, and he is willing to continue to fight for us, even if it means he could die in prison for doing so. That is why 50,000 people will brave freezing temperatures just to see him speak because there has never been any powerful person who has ever been willing to do that for them.
